If the Casino's server did not receive the player's bet, the player's balance will not have been reduced and the player will see the result of the previous bet.

  • As a VIP member through our weekly cashback promotion; we will give you back up to 20% of all your losses incurred playing with us during the week; you can receive up to $500 cashback each and every week as a VIP member.
  • Each week (Tuesday) we will automatically credit your account with the cashback amounts from your previous week’s losses. A Cashback week at Ace Pokies casino is calculated from Tuesday 12:00PM to Monday 11.59PM.
