Natural

When a natural happens, that means you have either rolled a seven or an 11, which means you have won the round, and you get to roll the dice again.

Craps

A craps you’ve rolled a 2, which is also known as snake eyes. Craps could also mean that you have rolled a three or a 12, which would mean that you have lost the round. However, this does not mean that the round is over. You will still get a chance to roll again.

Point

When you have rolled a 4 5 6 8 9 or 18, the dealer will mark the point on the number you’ve rolled. At online casinos, there’ll be a white dot on the number you have rolled with the word “on.” Once this happens, you need to roll the dice again, and you should hope that the same number appears for you to win. If you roll a seven, that would mean you “seven out,” you’ll lose. Then the betting round will be over.

Craps Betting Rules

Pass and Don’t Pass Bets.

On the other hand, when you place the don’t pass line, you are betting that the shooter will not pass. This could mean that the shooter has rolled a two or a three, or they have not succeeded in rolling a point before the seven shows up.

Then there is the possibility of rolling a 12, which results in a push or a tie.  You don’t win anything, but you don’t lose your bet either.

You can only place these bets when the point has not been established on the table. When the point has been established, the shooter needs to roll the same number again. In this case, you can place the come or don’t come bet.

Come Bets and Don’t Come Bets

You can only place these wagers when the point has been established. The Come-bet will win when a natural is rolled or lose when the craps are rolled.

If a point is a result, then it will become the come-bet point. You’ll see that the come-bet point is similar to the pass line. When you roll a come-bet point before you roll a seven, you will win. However, if you don’t, then you will lose.

The Don’t-come bet is the same as the Don’t-pass bet. You will be in the best position when the shooter rolls a two or a 3. However, if the shooter rolls a 7 or 11, then you won’t be so lucky. But when a 12 is rolled, it will result in a push.

When the point is established, you need to hope for a seven before the shooter rolls the point again. It would be best to keep in mind that the Pass and the come bets cannot be turned off. You will have to wager and then wait for the game to play out.  Luckily, you can make side bets on the come-bet point, and you can decide to increase the bets or not.

Craps Proposition Bets
